This bottle of 100% Bulgarian Mavrud is part of an exclusive, limited series, born from the secret passion of the legend Hristo Stoichkov – winemaking, a passion that arose from his years spent in the magnetic Sakar region. Every stage in the production of “my wine”, as Stoichkov himself calls it, is in harmony with his strong and unwavering character. The strict selection of the grapes is done by Hristo together with our agronomists, he personally chooses the finest French barrels for fermentation and aging, and the blending and bottling are done by him, in collaboration with the winery’s chief oenologist.
